Spring Track Interest Meeting
Interesting in participating in our Spring Track season? Students and families should join our Zoom interest meeting on Monday, February 24th, at 6 p.m. to talk to coaches about participation, practice and meet schedules, and expectations for student athletes.

Students and parents will need to complete several steps prior to participating in middle school sports, including:
FCPS Middle School Athletic Participant Form (Submitted Digitally) – Due prior to the first day of practice for the season
Track Form - Due March 10, 2025
A completed FCPS Middle School Sports Athletic Participation/Parental Consent/Physical Examination Form (PPE). The exam must be completed by a physician, nurse practitioner, or physician’s assistant. Please note that the form must be dated on or after May 1, 2024 for the 2024-2025 school year. – DUE before a student can participate and stay after school.
Emergency Care Card – DUE with Sports physical
- Whitman After School Program Registration Form (Submitted Digitally)- DUE before participating
