Mount Vernon High School has rescheduled Curriculum Night for Thursday, January 16, 2025 from 6:00 to 7:30 pm.  This event is for all rising 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grade families. Please save the date; we have also attached a flyer for the event.  During curriculum night families will experience the following: 

  • 6:00 - 6:30: Academic Advising Presentation: This presentation is designed for new families, rising freshmen and any new upperclassmen families.  
  • 6:30 - 7:00:  IB (Juniors and Senior) Student Panel: Students and parents will have the opportunity to hear from current MVHS IB students about their experiences in our IB CP and DP programs.
  • 6:30 - 7:30:  Curriculum Night Instructional Fair:  Families will have the opportunity to meet and hear from faculty representatives from each department (English, Math, Social Studies, Science, Career and Technical Education, Health and PE, Fine and Performing Arts).  Families are encouraged to ask questions and learn about the courses you are considering for next year.
