Mount Vernon District Representative, Mateo Dunne, will be the guest speaker at our in-person meeting on Tuesday, Nov 19th at 6pm. Mr. Dunne will talk about the upcoming school boundary reassessment. Whitman MS is an island school, which means 100% of our students do not live within Whitman's boundary. The elimination of island schools is a priority of FCPS and the School Board as they reassess school boundaries. This will effect not only the future of Whitman but Mount Vernon High School.
