ATTENDANCE PROCEDURES

Submit an Absence, Late Arrival, or Early Release Online

When reporting a child's absence, please be specific about the reason why your child will not be attending school today. Please indicate any of the symptoms that are listed in the "reason for absence" portion of the form.

Please submit an absence using our attendance form below or use one of these other two methods.  

This attendance form is to be submitted by the parent/legal guardian only.
Are you submitting a full day absence, a late arrival, or early release?
Will the student be returning to school?
If reporting an ill child, please identify any of the symptoms below.

Feeling feverish or chills  |  Fever of 100.4 F or higher  | Headache  |  New muscle pain | A new cough  |  A new sore throat | Shortness of breath or breathing difficulties | New loss of taste, smell, or appetite | Congestion or runny nose | Fatigue (more tired than normal or sudden onset) | Abdominal pain  |  Nausea, vomiting or diarrhea
