Eighth-grader RJ Nena, Jr. reflects on his unique and historic experience serving as a Virginia Senate Page. The program, established in 1850, plays a vital role in the daily operations of the state Senate.  RJ was selected by Senator Scott Surovell to represent our community as part of the Senate Page Class of 2024.

This week, we were delighted to host our monthly Whitman Family Market in collaboration with the Capital Area Food Bank. Our Family Market is a vital, monthly event designed to provide a no-cost, market-style grocery distribution, making it more convenient for families to access the nourishing, high-quality food they need to thrive.
